Juan Pablo is the partner in charge of the office's Natural Resources practice, focused mainly on Water, Labor and Mining Law.
Adviser a Producers, Exporters, User Organizations, Communities, Canal Associations, Oversight Boards, among others, mainly from the Agro-export sector. He has more than 15 years of experience in the private and public sector.
His specialty covers the improvement of water titles in order to adjust them to the new regulations regarding the reform of the Water Code, Regularization of Water Use Rights, Defense in inspection procedures, Changes of collection point, Transfer of rights, Modification of Channels, Modification of intakes, Complaints and requests for Inspection, Water Amparos and all kinds of procedures before the General Directorate of Water and Ordinary and Administrative Courts.
Regarding his Mining Law practice, he stands out in terms of Concessions, Contracts, Easements and Trials.
